Investment Bankers Corporation (IBC) was founded in 1998 as
a boutique Investment Bank. Back then the company focused on
Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and business
advisory services. Since those early days, the company has
evolved into a hybrid private equity group/merchant bank
investing its own funds in certain transactions that
fit our strategic plan. The company continues to provide a
full line of Investment Banking services.

to help facilitate ownership transitions (regardless of
whether we acquire the firm or act as an advisor) of
profitable, niche companies generaing revenuesof $2.5 to $25 million. Our team
has been very successful having worked with more than 100
small businesses in a wide variety of industries and
situations. The company’s primary geographic focus is the
Southeastern United States.
